  The team that ultimately trades for Harden will guarantee themselves not to win a championship. Take it from a guy that had money on JH in the playoffs last season, he's all done and this may be his last season in the association. He looks China bound. He'd be a big star there, but he'd still suck. 

Bradley Beal (29) is on the second half of his career, and Kevin Durant (34) definitely looks like he has lost at least a little something. I'd be surprised if this team won more than one playoff series, and that may be generous.

 This  was a good move by Gores/Weaver, to lockup a good coach that the chore nucleus of young talent can grow with. Continuity matters and whom better than Monty Williams? (rhetorical) The price tag was formidable and made Williams the highest paid coach in the Association. Guess it takes mucho dinero to lure a good coach to spend his winters in Michigan.
